Summer Solstice Greetings
It is summer solstice 2018 and this morning such amazing beauty greeted me as my dog Luna and I turned the corner onto the beach close to where I live.
I send this beauty to you on this special day.
My health challenges continue, but my daily practice of staying present to all that unfolds keeps me as steady as is possible in the midst of it all. I also feel blessed to have just completed a 5 day retreat with a wonderful mindfulness teacher called Bob Stahl, whose teachings filled my heart with hope and inspiration. The reminder again and again to grasp nothing, resist nothing, but allow and let be….

We first learned of you while watching your performance with the Tim Janis orchestra in Maine. Tim is a genius in creating uplifting music. We especially enjoyed hearing your calm lovely voice sing the “Heather” song. The melody is so lovely that we have listened to you sing it over and over again so much that it has become my favorite tune to hum. We are hopeful that we will see you again with the Tim Janis orchestra in the near future., hopefully as a regular. Whenever we want to listen to peaceful, uplifting music, we tune in to Tim Janis. His music raises us up and carries us away to a calm place..
